Adrian Woolcock - Managing Principal

Adrian Woolcock has a long track record of engaging clients to develop and execute business strategies that are focused on driving business performance. For over sixteen (16) years, Mr. Woolcock has brought his clients deep industry expertise, a healthy balance of business and technology solutions, and a collaborative, teaming style that clients say distinguishes him from his peers.

Prior to forming ProSidian, Mr. Woolcock gained years of experience in the Oil, Gas, Electric, and Utilities industry in the area of risk management, structuring, power/gas commodity pricing, energy trading/scheduling, purchasing, and special projects. A former pipeline services company comptroller, trader, energy structurer, and chief industrial energy buyer, he has facilitated client engagements focusing on natural gas/electricity pricing, structuring and hedging, enterprise risk management, merchant energy mergers and acquisitions, and SOX 404 auditing.

Mr. Woolcock started his career at Enron Corporation in Houston, Texas, as a Process Development Analyst establishing national and regional purchasing agreements in support of Enron's TransWestern, Northern Natural Gas, and Florida Gas Pipeline Companies. He later served as a company comptroller managing the budgeting, planning, and general administration for Enron Gas Pipeline Group's $30 MM Operations Technical Support organization. He has had progressive responsibilities including special projects as assigned by Enron's Global Energy Services Executive Office for budget planning, California Power Market Crisis Taskforce, space management initiatives, sourcing risk management, retail energy customer satisfaction, counterparty evaluation, deal structuring, and new business development.

Other industry experience includes serving as an Energy Trader for NRG Power Marketing with responsibility for financial and physical power trading of various generating assets in the North and Central US. He was also responsible for all aspects of risk management, strategy, and execution of the Natural Gas ($150 MM) and Electricity ($127 MM) portfolios as Chief Energy Buyer for over 62 facilities owned and operated by MeadWestvaco Corporation.

Mr. Woolcock gained progressive experience as Senior Associate in KPMG, LLP's Energy and Utilities - Risk Advisory Services Practice followed by roles as Sr. Manager at Ernst & Young, LLP in the Energy Trading and Risk Management Practice and Global Oil and Gas Center. Mr. Woolcock also served as a Principal at SunGard Consulting Services focusing on Risk and Energy Management, Compliance, Business Process, and Project Management.

He has worked in a matrix capacity as a management consultant on enterprise Power and Gas Risk Assessments, Hedging Strategy Reviews, Department of Defense Business Transformation (Business Management Modernization Program), SOX 404 Auditing, IT General Controls and System Access Auditing, Energy Trading System Auditing, Energy Sourcing, Business Continuity Management, Business and Functional Requirements Gathering for trading and deal capture systems, as well as Enterprise Risk Management and Reporting. He has worked to provide consistent and uniform presentation of industry insights and key capabilities by teaming to build a network of Partners and other levels of management to track activities and best practices which can be leveraged across industry sectors. He has participated in the development of thought leadership around Oil & Gas and Utility Industry perspectives and other initiatives including big market bets to include oil sands, alternative energy, LNG, and National Oil Company initiatives.

Mr. Woolcock holds a B.A. in Business Management and Sports Management from Rice University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston Bauer College of Business. Throughout his career, he has actively participated in leadership forums and community development efforts through organizations such as NABA, AABE, and Junior Achievement. Mr. Woolcock launched ProSidian Consulting with a firm focus on client results first and foremost through a culture where team dynamics, entrepreneurial spirit, and respect for the individual form the cornerstone of advisory services.

Dr. Frankie T. Jones, Sr. - Executive Fellow

Dr. Frankie T. Jones, Sr. is Executive Fellow and strategic advisor of ProSidian Consulting.  Dr. Jones is responsible for the firm’s Federal, State, and Local Government operations, which also includes serving as a strategic advisor for commercial enterprise initiatives.

Dr. Frankie T. Jones, Sr. age 62, is also President & CEO of Phoenix One Enterprise, Inc.  He is the former President and Chief Operating Officer of B&C Associates, Inc.  Some of the major companies, federal agencies, and institutions of higher education that Dr. Jones has provided management consulting services for include the Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Freddie Mac , Central Intelligence Agency (C.I.A.), AutoNation, Inc., BlueCross-BlueShield of North Carolina, Coca Cola Company, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, Food Lion, General Motors Corporation, Lowe’s Companies, Inc., Michelin North America, Nissan North America, Office Depot, Rooms To Go, Sara Lee Corporation, Sprint,  Florida A&M University, and Wake Forest University School of Medicine.  He also serves as an Executive Fellow with ProSidian Consulting Inc.   Dr. Jones is actively engaged in providing consultation to corporations on general and target marketing and advertising issues. His counsel on multicultural advertising and external communication strategies has proven invaluable to corporate clients resulting in many of their strategies becoming benchmarks for the industry.

A native of North Carolina, Jones holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, two Master Degrees and a Doctorate Degree and is currently pursuing a PhD at the Oxford Graduate School.  His studies were completed at North Carolina A&T State University, Wayne State University, Duke University, Shaw University and Virginia University-Lynchburg.  Dr. Jones is a retired United States Air Force Senior Officer with 20 years of service and 18 years of experience in corporate management. He has extensive experience in plans, programs, logistics, operations, human resources management, public relations and communications. As a military officer, Colonel Jones is a highly decorated commander and graduate of numerous military leadership and management schools.

Highlights of his military assignments include serving as commander of 436th Headquarters Support Squadron, Dover AFB where he commanded 1005 men and women and scope of responsibility included operations, maintenance and job control, human resources and special services. He also served as commander of the 3400th Technical Training Group, Keesler AFB the largest and most diversified technical training group in the United States Air Force where he was responsible for the training of 11000 Air Force personnel annually.

Other assignments include serving on the Tactical Air Command Inspector General‘s Staff followed by a special assignment as Executive Officer of the 76th Airlift Division, Andrews AFB, which has responsibility for Air Force One and US Presidential Airlift Support. Also, he served as Chief, Air Force Family Matters and Deputy Director of USAF Human Resources Management Division, Pentagon where he orchestrated the successful build plan for 123 Family Support Centers serving 2.3 million military dependents throughout the free world.

Active in community outreach and youth development programs, Jones received the famed 1990 National NAACP "Roy Wilkins Meritorious Service Award" and the 2007 National Newspaper Publishers Association ―Chairman‘s Award. He presently serves on the following boards: Piedmont Natural Gas Company, Inc., North Carolina Citizens for Business and Industry, Virginia University-Lynchburg, North Carolina A&T State University Entrepreneurship Advisory Board, Northeastern Piedmont Regional Small Business and Technology Development Center, Wake Forest University Divinity School, High Point Community Foundation and Tougaloo College. Jones and his wife, Alease, who teaches in the NC Public Schools System, reside on their farm in Alamance County and have two sons, Frankie, Jr. and Anthony who are both lawyers.
